Returns and Refunds

As we are a new, small self started clothing brand, we will try our absolute best to make sure every customer has an amazing experience shopping with Ethereals, enjoying our products as much as we like creating them. As a result of supplies and stocks being very limited, we do hope all customers can understand that all sales are final at this point in time.

Returns and Refunds:

- At Ethereals, all of our products are created beforehand and in limited stock therefore we hope all customers can understand that all sales are final. Once our stock is sold out, it is out. Providing a replacement and or refund for an item that was not received as requested is quite difficult to do when our limited stock is no longer available. However, we can assure our customers that we will do our absolute best everyday to make sure every item sent out is as requested and always in the best interest of our customers. We will always do our best to make sure customers are content with their purchase and continue returning to shop with Ethereals! We want to make your shopping experience an easy and enjoyable time, holding the customers interest as our top priority. We hope you can understand and appreciate your time!
